i'm here to share a new recipe with you guys. it's healthy and yummy, if you're going on a diet, it's good to have this as it's healthy and have fibre that can make you poo. haha. and with only a cup of this, you can feel full, unless you eat a lot. sounds so good but don't know what is it? haha. it's corn milk.
requirement:
1. 1 jagung.
2. a cup of fresh milk.
3. blender.
do it this way..
1. cut the jagung's biji biji out.
tips: hold the jagung vertically, use a knife and cut the jagung's biji biji downward.
2. fill 3/4 of the cup with fresh milk. both cold and uncold milk will do.
3. pour both the jagung's biji biji and the milk to the blender, and blend it.
4. pour everything out from the blender, and it's ready to be serve.
the smell is nice. and it's easy to make it. people like me can do it, i bet you guys can do it too. if you want, you can also add it some papaya too. you cant smell nor taste the papaya but the colour will be a lil orange. the point of adding papaya is to increase the fibre in the drink. =)grandma taught me this recipe.
